Showcase
Showcase theme is originally design by freecsstemplates.org and ported to glype theme by us Glype Theme Colection.
The design in my opinion is very elegant, Its main color are white and black, pretty straight forward, consists of 1 main content area and 2 sidebars where you can put adsense blocks and links to other proxies websites, your proxy network for example.
In fact, I am using showcase theme my self for my blog.
Regarding theme modification, as usual you can modified the config.php file to suit your needs, it also has search bar where you can replace with your own google search bar code or even change it into subscription form to build your own list.
